Hotel was easy to find, parking was not a problem although we arrived after the parking restrictions. Five minutes walk to the golf course. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was good, and the hotel also has a restaurant/bar which has quite good ratings in the town (I was told booking is recommended for a table as it gets quite busy).
You also get 5% discount off drinks in the restaurant/bar if you are a guest.

Belle décoration - We only used the hotel as a staging point for a trip, we were made very welcome, the room was very well appointed, and the breakfast faultless... The room was great we had a Deluxe Twin and it was a big room with a large bathroom and a rolled top bath. The location on North street means it's just a short walk to the beach and the Old course
and to the town as well. The staff where very helpful and the breakfast was really good. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and not to costly .We will stay again in this hotel the next time we are in St Andrews

We had a small but comfortable room which faced on the street, though we had no street noise and slept undisturbed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. We had a car, but we could easily have walked to downtown St Andrews in about 10 minutes. -

Very impressed with the attitude of the staff. Special compliments to Dave who gave his time to show my daughter the art of origamy-the napkins. He was brilliant and gave us insight to the history of Kirkcaldy. Plus, the breakfast was of a very high quality, arguably the best we have experienced in a hotel.Will come upto Kinghorn regularly and will have no hesitation in staying here again.Terrific hotel!!!
