We enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Service was excellent.Room wasexactly as described. The Keavil House Hotel was alovely hotel and I would certainly recommend it to anyone, the service and food was first class and the room was light, airy and clean - Spacious room, quality of breakfast, facilities on hand e.g. swimming pool.

Hotel was easy to find, parking was not a problem although we arrived after the parking restrictions. Five minutes walk to the golf course. Staff were very helpful and courteous. A nice hotel in a good location.
Room was clean as was the bathroom.
Staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was good, and the hotel also has a restaurant/bar which has quite good ratings in the town (I was told booking is recommended for a table as it gets quite busy).
You also get 5% discount off drinks in the restaurant/bar if you are a guest.

The room had a perfect view overlooking the golf course, water and town in the distance - the bed was a delight! It was also extremely clean. The staff on reception and around the bars/dining area were lovely, very polite and happy to help. The same could not be said for the torn face girl serving in the spa. I found this hotel to be set in a lovely location about a 5 minute drive
outside of St Andrews,the two golf courses are immaculate, the
facilities are excellent,the room was comfortable and nicely designed
but the biggest compliment I can pay to the hotel, are there staff, who
make you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you walk through the
door, nothing appeared an issue for them to deal with, this was our
first time staying here but after our experience we will definitely be
coming back

The room was great we had a Deluxe Twin and it was a big room with a large bathroom and a rolled top bath. The location on North street means it's just a short walk to the beach and the Old course
and to the town as well. The staff where very helpful and the breakfast was really good. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and not to costly .We will stay again in this hotel the next time we are in St Andrews
