  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  Hotel was superb, historic and grand. Grounds were incredible, manicured and wonderful. Rooms were spacious, staff were ultra professional - Spacious Rooms, attention to detail, great gym and spa.

  The location is idyllic and the service exceptional. Laura at reception was particularly helpful and professional. Superb breakfast and luxurious accommodation. To be able to walk ones dog in the stunning grounds was a treat. - Staff lovely. I went with my pregnant daughter and we were treated so well.   The superb ambience and surrounding -a total retreat. Also the spa facilities are the best I have seen (pool jacuzzi steam room etc) Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and at home is how you feel. (I stayed 3 nights) - What can I say, this is a really beautiful hotel, the staff were so friendly and attentive.
