We paid £85 for a double room and breakfast which seemed very reasonable and for this price we were more than happy to be offered an inland facing room. We loved our stay at Tor View! Lisa and James were excellent hosts and
we felt very welcome staying with them. The room was clean, comfortable
and had everything you could have wanted. The range of choice for
breakfast was brilliant and everything is fresh and local. Tor View is a
short walk from Padstow but this didnt worry us as it only took 5
m

Excellent very tasty breakfast, very friendly and accommodating hosts with a vast local knowledge (James and Lisa). Spotlessly clean and tasteful, modern decor. Lovely garden to sit out in. Nice touches such as cold bottles of water, variety of drinks and biscuits available free of charge. Great value for money. Will certainly recommend to others and hope to stay there gain

The location. That there was plenty to do within walking distance. There was no through traffic., which made it lovely and quiet. Plenty of places to stroll and have a quiet drink or eat. My favourite was the beach. The hotel was homely and just easy to come and go as you please., with food at the car until quite late.

This was an excellent place to stay in Cornwall and really cheap for the standard of accommodation outside peak times. Very close to St Merryn and Padstow both of which have brilliant places to eat. The Villa has on site Londis convenient store which has everything you need. -

The location is amazing, right on the cliff top, just a short walk to 2 beautiful beaches. There was a great atmosphere on the Friday evening in the beer garden, overspilling onto the cliff top. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast team seemed short staffed (just 1) but he was calm and helpful and efficient (lots of people would have turned into Basil Fawlty).
Good food too. Would definitely stay again. The kids loved it.

What is there not to like about this B & B? The room was large and light with a great view, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was so very nice. My wife and I stayed there for the first time recently and we would both highly recommend this place to anyone who should ask. -
