  The B&B was very clean and quiet. The water feature outside my room was switched off at night so it didn't disturb my sleep and I could sleep with the window open.   Almost everything. The room (Room 2)was spacious with more than ample storage for all our clothes. The view from the room overlooking the sea was absolutely amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The portions and content of the breakfast was all one could ask for. The views spectacular. The facilitites comfortable, well maintained and the decor exquisite. Having the opportunity to choose a breakfast that is freshly cooked was wonderful. An extremely pleasant experience. The location over looking St Michaels mount and the proximity to town and public transport is also a bonus.

  Barbara and Stephen were perfect hosts. Barbara shared her wealth of knowledge about this part of Cornwall. Steve is a professional chef so every meal, breakfast or dinner, was first class and consequently we chose to have most of our meals there. Together they went out of their way to ensure our week long stay was perfect. They ensure that you are made tofeel welcome and make the time to informing you of the localsurroundings (you are even given a map of the local town on arrival) andare on hand to assist with any advice.   Arriving on the overnight sleeper train at 8am on Saturday morning, we started the short 10min walk to Warwick House, 5mins into our walk the heavens opened and a gale force wind got up, to say we were soaked to the skin was a understatement !! We left our overnight cases and went to Lands End on the local bus, after a good look - It was me and my partners first time to Cornwall, and our 2nd yr anniversary, we were late getting in but called ahead to let Chris and Julie know, from that first call till we left Chris and Julie were amazing. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and very welcoming and the sea view from our room was amazing. Chris and Julie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable. Breakfast on both mornings was fantastic. Their knowledge of the area and of where to eat was great. There

  Its a great little hotel just tucked away from the main road with amazing sea views and a great level of service from all staff - My wife and I felt pampered and enjoyed the relaxation at the hotel We also liked the views of the town and the bay.

I have been there for twice and the food is delicious - I had chicken kiev and fried camembert last year. After the long train or bus ride you just need to walk 50 meters to get warm welcome. The interior - I was in penzance for a funeral and I was booked for sun mon tuesday nights.we slept there sunday night and did not get up for breakfast just went to the grave yard when we got a call and we had to drive to london at about 5pm so when we checked out I asked if I could get any refund and the manager gave me one nights cost back which I reckon was pretty good of him as I had payed in cash when I got there so I was pleased with that and I will go back next year in the summer as the resort looked

  High quality hotel set in its own grounds with excellent facilities and attention to detail, without feeling pretentious. Rooms were large and tastefully furnished/decorated, as was the hotel in general. They were more like suites than standard rooms and were well specified with full facilities. General service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable , the bathroom was large and we would urge everyone to treat themselves and book a stay here.

  Very friendly hosts; large room and bathroom; fantastic breakfast; close to good restaurants and town. I would thoroughly recommend this B and B to anyone travelling to Cornwall. He did recommend more but we were only there for three nights. - As well as a very comfortable bed the room had all the little extras like a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, biscuits and hair dryer. The breakfast choice was very good, well cooked and delicious. The hosts were very helpful and cheerful. It was spotlessly clean.

  The staff is friendly and very proud of their jobs which is the best thing for the hotel. No wonder it is in such a good condition. You should be really proud of this! The hostel used to be a castle, so except for the truth that I have to share with others, I feel very good. As long as convenient transportation is not your goal, choose this hostel a - Paul, the person who was on reception and looking after the place was extremely friendly. He even gave us a car tour guide that he had of the local area of Cornwall to take with us while we were driving around sightseeing which included some sights that most tourists don't get to see. The food was great and good value for money. the facilities were all very clean and we were made to feel so welcome and at home.
