  Excellent welcome, spotlessly clean, superb facilities, huge and wonderful super King size bed with lovely bedlinen - if you don't sleep well on this bed you need help! - and a breakfast fit for a king with a wonderful selection of cheese, fruit, charcuterie, little samosa type savouries, egg, breads and good coffee a feast and so good for anyone ... ce que les gens disent » diabetic as lots of food 'sans sucre' ie sugar free - Really well kept, clean, good facilities and great variety for breakfast. Plenty of parking and the hostess was really lovely and helpful. A good base to explore the south downs. Also good as a stop over if you are getting the ferry or have just arrived by ferry.
