  After having looked at more comments after booking the hotel, I have to say I was a little worried that we would be disappointed when we arrived. However this was not the case!! Upon entering the reception area we greeted by a very nice man who advised that our room was not ready (We did arrive @ 1pm, so guessed that would be the case) We decided ... ce que les gens disent » to leave the car in the car park and take a train into London City Centre, we arrived back at the hotel around 7pm, once again we were greeted by a di - I loved it! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily. The grounds are lovely, and the gym and pool excellent. Breakfast was included in our room deal and it wa
