Car parking not a problem,nice relaxed atmosphere,everywhere comfortably warm,nice dining and bar area,brilliant breakfast.Staff friendly and helpfull. the breakfast is great !!i think a little personnal attention by staff would triple your points though.Friendly welcome, generous sized bed and spacious room with sofa etc and unbelievable value. helpful staff-room was changed etc.Good stay.tous commentaires »
welcomed children. Everything. The room was bestest room i have stayed in in milton keynes and especially fort the price. The staff were very friendly to us and the leisure facilities were a lovely addition to this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location, hotel facilities. Swimming pool area. It is all ok.Very helpful staff on reception in particular Chris and Jon in the bar. We got lost in MK and phoned the hotel for directions. Chris was very helpful and welcomed us with a smile and a laugh when we arrived. pool, jacquzzi, gym sauna facilities, closeness to town centre, staff were freindly and polite and price. Great experience. clean. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The hotel was well situated for our needs and clean and comfortable for our one night stay. The restaurant was very quiet but the service and food were good. The room was very clean and tidy. As was the whole of the hotel. The carpet was wet. My room was miles away, and the food in the resturant was poor. Also the pool was too small!! And the pictures on the walls were upside down, funny!!. Bed was comfortable but we are both large people so would have preferred a kingsize bed. The breakfast was a buffet, I prefer the food freshly cooked.Improvement can be done to the room. The wet smell probably theold carpet. Poor fire escape facilities from bedroom. The noisey wedding wedding reception ,we could not avoid it there was no alternative lounge to retire to . Bar prices. Breakfast was horribly overpriced - we didn't have it as so expensive. quality of food was only fair.difficult to find - no clear map or dirrections. The information and films did not work in the bedroom. My room smelt strongly of damp and my clothes felt damp in the morning. Other rooms may have been ok however it is for this reason only that I wouldn't recommend.Couldn't get an evening meal for 1 hour. Restaurant food was disgusting - not at all what was advertised on menu.Compalined to manager. The beds really need sorting out or up grading not happy was late when it happened so wat can you do who wants to move rooms in the middle of the nite bed should be 100% it is a over nite hotel beds help. dismal restaurant - 1970s time warp. Not informed at reception that meals could not be served in the restaurant until 8pm due to a large coach party eating at 6.30pm. Had room service - dessert was stale. Good breakfast though.Cost of breakfast on top of room, some of the staff didn't understand English very well. Outdated and tired decor. Needs refurbishing.Food, quality and service in the restaurant was very poor. Room was rather dingy.Toilet seat was loose and there were mould marks above the shower.The beds are so uncomfortbale old and dirty very little sleep was had. The quality and cost of the food is very poor. Service.
