  Booked a double room with shared bathroom - on arrival was upgraded to ensuite, simply because they had one available. Lovely room - immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed, really helpful welcome binder giving me wifi code and listing available facilities. Paul is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, I know it sounds cliché but it really was like being a part of the family. The facilities were good, very clean and it was great value for money.
