Ce que les gens disent
Our deluxe double room on the top floor was fabulous.
Spacious, light and airy. Very comfortable bed with lovely linen. The extra room with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea making facilities and a table and chairs to seat 2 was excelllent.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.
The hotel is only a few minutes walk to all local amenities.
Anna, the owner was very friendly and recommended places to eat, one of which was Tiggis (Italian) where we had a fantastic meal in a lively atmosh. tous commentaires »
We paid £5 extra for a superior room which was located at the very top of the building. We had loveky views, a good clean bathroom, our own little kitchenette area and Anne, the owner brought us up some lovely complimentary cakes. The bed was very comfortable, blackout blinds, very spacious. The hotel was only a two minute walk from the main centre where all the bars and restaurants were and also the pier and beach are only 4-5 mons walk away.
Landlady was very friendly; the room was small but spotlessly clean with everything I needed for 2 nights away. Breakfast was superb - standard cereal, toast and juice but the cooked English was probably the best I have tasted in St Annes. Just a few minutes walk to the shops and eateries.
A very warm welcome was had when we stayed at The Breverton with the owner welcoming us with a lovely cuppa and cake. Very comfortable room, very clean and well presented. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
very friendly staff who made my stay exceptionally pleasant in their home. I wasn't just a guest, I was a friend. My grateful thanks to them all and I will return later in the year for more of the same.
The owner was so lovely. We got lost walking back from the beach and she called to make sure we were ok.
It was very child friendly with toys, a swing etc. the children loved stayin here.
The friendliness of our host Anna, extremely clean comfortable like a home from home. Although none of us were disabled we noticed that they catered well for the disabled.
warm and friendly atmosphere, very accomodating, family friendly, relaxing, great value for money and spotlessly clean. Good quality breakfast each morning.
Offered tea and cake on arrival, advance reservation of car parking space, lovely cooked breakfast in pleasant surroundings and a spacious clean room.

The location was excellent for all ameneties.
Loved the tea and cake on arrival.
Friendly and helpful.
Clean, friendly staff, wide choices for breakfast and generally relaxed atmosphere. Local produce used wherever possible.
On arrival tea and cake.that was nice
Good location.
Got what I asked for ie ground floor room.
There was nothing we did not like about the breverton.
Nothing really, but parking a bit of a lottery - room for 2 or 3 in the drive or on street. Very quiet street but a bit narrow with cars parked both sides - worth the risk though.
Bit tight for parking but if booked in advance parking can be provided.
The only problem I found was that the room we state had a very small shower cubicle. It was a nightmare washing the kids and being 31 weeks pregnant it was impossible for me to get in with them. I struggled to get myself in and out. As the doors only opened for very skinny people.
It rained one day.
Nothing.
there is nothing to dislike about the breverton.
We had a good sized room, but the extra beds to enable it to be used for families made it a bit crowded.
Door on bathromm was difficult to open and close.
n/a.
Nothing.
Room was clean but a little small.
Nothing.
