We stayed at the apartment to celebrate a birthday in London. We found the facilities to be of a high standard, the apartment was only 2 months old and very clean. The furnishings were new and very comfortable. It offers everything a family needs for a pleasurable stay in London. There is also free wifi in the apartments. As this a self- catering apartment, it is useful to know that there is Tesco's only 200m away. The location is very convenient and is only 2 stops away from Tower Bridge, whi.
tous commentaires » The apartment was perfect! Location, size, comfort, cleanliness and amazing views. I was bringing my children to see Pink at the O2 combining it with some sightseeing. My mum and a friend also came and spent the evening in the apartment and cooked a meal whilst we were at the concert. I chose the Apple apartments because of the location being in between the O2 and the city and I couldn't have made a better choice. We only stayed for one night but I can honestly say I could've happily staye. There were 5 of us staying at the apartment and we stayed at was at the east side of london which was a bit far from the city. They got confused at first and sent us to the wrong address which made our taxi bill balloon up (considering taxis in london are expensive). They apologized however and gave us a 90 gbp refund for the inconvenience. the apartment was very spacious and clean and worth the money. The day of our check in we found out our original room had plumbing problems and we were unable to stay in it. Apple Apartments upgraded us to their newest 5 star apartment suite! Absolutely perfect, in the middle of London next to everything/!!!!! We could not have asked for a better stay!!! We will definitely be renting from Apple Apartments if/when we travel to London again!. the staffs were very helpful and nice. the hotel was also very neat. Breakfast was also excellent and I was particularly glad that the hotel had very early check in time which was really helpful to us because we had arrived istanbul at 7.00am. The hotel is also situated in a lively place; a couple of lovely restaurants around. Lovley apartment and perfect for our family and friends trip. It was perfect for two very tired children visiting London for the first time, they could kick back and relax in the lovely space. It's a little bit out of the city centre, but great fun for the children experienceing the dlr trains. The manager Boyan was fantastic, so friendly and very helpful. The apartment on a whole was amazing, and great value between the 5 of us! It was so close to the o2 arena as we were there for a concert. We had a balcony which was lovely as the weather was beautiful when we stayed. Loved it all - the views over London were amazing, the bed was so comfy, the kitchen was fab and the bathroom too. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed - we stayed with our 16 year old son and 18 year old daughter and we had plenty of room. The manager was fantastic and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble when we were checking in. I would definitely go back an recommend to friends. The apartments were lovely and modern and super clean. Couldn't ask for anything more. The location was great! It was very easy to get to the underground from the apartment. The staff was very helpful and understanding. The place was just very nice and clean. There was a very inexpensive market within walking distance. Although it wasn't right in the heart of London it was very close to the tube station and there was a tesco and plenty of shops nearby for necessities. The quality of the accommodation was excellent and I would highly recommend it. These apartments are imaculate. and the manager is very frendly and a great help shud there be any issues. just a short walk to canary wharf and the tube network. central london is around a 20 minute train ride away. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated - close to public transport (bus 15 and Limehouse subway) - beds are very comfortable. Its value for money and the staffs were very helpful and nice. Thanks for the great stay in a fabulous city!!. - Location near to city, but immediate surroundings slightly edgy. It was a little confusing to figure out the parking situation. However they were helpful when we called and we were able to resolve the situation quickly. The lack of staff. There is no reception like in hotels, the number you ring is for a reception desk at one of their other locations. After being let into car park we were left there, and no one came when we rang the number given. We were eventually let In by a porter who just happened to turn up in the car park, and then a cleaner let us in our room. Nothing brilliant brilliant!. Windows needed openning as very hot and blind fell down. Something more secure needed. Unfortunately we found the appartments difficult to find, a better photo or map would help future visitors. Sleeping in the lounge was very noisey from road traffic. There wasn't enough mugs only 3 for a family of 5. Not many bars/restaurants close to the apartment. No negatives!. We should have taken the 2 bedroom unit as it was abit crowded with the sofa bed being in th same space as the kitchen and dining area... The cupboard was very small and no one hook near of the entrance so you need to take your jackets and coats into the room. No balcony on 6th floor. I really really wish we had somewhere to hang our coats and jackets. Pity to have them in our bags all the time. Inflexible at the time of checkout. Mobile on website didnt work so called booking. Com prior to arriving for a new contact number as we were arriveing late. Was difficult to find the place. It was a long way from airport. Plus we booked these apartments in May. From those time the phone number was changed. I wrote the letter to office a day before our arrival but nobody answered. So just with a help residents we could find a right number, but we spent on a street an hour before we maneded to find a concierge!. It was a little difficult to find, not enough glasses and cutlery, but these were only minor issues. no negatives!!. Can't fault anything. Communication with checking in. But we were very early. Entrance is hard to find for cars, and once you are dropped off, it's hard to find where to actually get in. Had a washing machine but no dryer or drying rack. - lots of trafficnoise all day and night - window of bedroom did not close well, which made the trafficnoise even more disturbing - not one hook in the apartment to hang coats and towels. Apartment was quite hot and was noisy with windows open. no reception counter, so have to call the staff the apple apartment is inside the coral apartment, which may confused the customer. Not too easy to check in. Located on a very noisy road which seemed to be busy 24 hours. Also, the wifi barely worked despite several attempts by the staff to get it working which was very disappointing for an apartment such as this in London. Finding the apartment to "check in" was difficult as no instructions were provided and there is no sign located outside the locked building. I expected the Dining Room to Be Big as the one Shown in the Appartment Booking Website. No Tables or Chairs Found on the Balcony. Nothing. Definitely staying again. Lack of chairs,. - A bit difficult to locate and no proper front desk to ask. Access into building was confusing. No signs. No reception area. Unable to gain entry into building. No significant problems; the firedoors in communal corridors slam hard and can be heard (and felt) inside the apartment, but that's only a minor issue.
