Jo an Martin were very welcoming and friendly hosts, it was very quiet when we were there and so they moved us to a room with a view of the Orme. it was a quiet room with a lovely view. Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!

Situated very well for beach and shops. Friendly landlord and staff. Large comfy bed nice linen, good seating in room and very clean.Coffee etc. with biscuits and mints a nice touch, also slippers provided was a nice surprise.
Great full English breakfast !
Garden to front with nice seating area, shame it wasn't getting the sun but very pleasant to sit in when warm.

A very warm welcome and a beautiful single room at the top of the building with stunning views of the sea and bay between the Great Orme and Little Orme. It was veyr nice to have a quiet separate breakfast room from the large coach parties. The choice of breakfasts was amazing. The large secure parking area was a real bonus. All in all, an excellent hotel with real value for money. Thank you!

Closely situtated near to the beachfront, shops, bars and restaurants. We were met by the owner who was a very friendly man. The hotel was lovely and clean and very nicely presented. Very friendly, helpful staff. As I had booked 2 rooms, at once, they were treated as 2 separate bookings through letsbookhotel.com and so were not together. But the receptionist seeing we were a family went out of her way to find a room that would be closer to the other one.
