Ce que les gens disent
Sue was an excellant friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble for
her. Room very clean, tea ,coffee readily available. My husband had the
full breakfast every morning and said how good it was. Although a little
way out of the centre, the buses were brilliant. There was a stop not
far from the house, they were regular and drivers helpful. Overall an
excellant choice for our stay.Would highly recommend and would stay
again. Thank you Sue. tous commentaires »
Everything!! Lovely, helpful owner, Sue, couldn't have done more to make us and the other guests feel 'at home'. So much better staying in the quiet suburbs than in the city centre with buses running every eight minutes or so from right outside the house into the city centre for shopping and sightseeing. A beautiful house in a lovely location, very clean and a great breakfast!.
This is a great home from home. Sue is a fantastic hostess and goes the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. Sue let me store my son's milk in her kitchen fridge and use her microwave to make his bedtime hot chocolate. Lovely breakfast, beautiful house and good access into the city.
What a wonderful place to stay. The room was immaculate, and the food was delicious. The owner was exceptionally welcoming, and I actually felt like I was visiting an old friend. It was very pleasant to return after a day's work and to be met by a smiling host offering me a cup of tea!.
The house is very nice and moden, the bedrooms Immaculately clean, located in nice area, not to far from the centre.
Sue is lovelly and couldn't do enough for us. 5 * breakfast in the morning, what more can you ask for.
if you are visiting Liverpool, you cant go wrong staying here.
Our hosts were helpful and friendly nothing was too much from them. Our room was excellent and the bed so so comfortable. The location was perfect just far enough from the city, with buses running every ten mins. And to relax the promenade is 5 mins drive, where the walks are superb.
Our room was excellent with all the facilites we could need. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and was happy to hear about all that we had seen/done. The breakfasts were delicious with a variety of food on offer. We will certainly be going back!.
We stayed in the attic room which is spacious and really comfortable. Sue the owner was away but Margaret was fantastic and looked after everything we needed faultlessly. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day.....
Wonderfully warm and friendly. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. Really good breakfast - cooked to order. Fell as tough we have made new friends and will definitely be happy to stay there again.
The warm welcome and hospitality was excellent as was the whole experience of staying at this bed and breakfast. Well worth the cost especially the wholesome breakfast, the comfort and cleanliness were first class.
Close to the bus station, Liverpool city only 15mins away. The house is beautiful, very clean also with a delicious breakfast. The owner is lovely and she made our stay even the more special.
the location being just outside of the city, and the excellent bus service, the avenue bed and breakfast is perfect for A short break, for exploring the history and sight of liverpool.

The friendliness of Sue (the host) and the obviously pride she has in her home was demonstrated by the quality and attention to detail.
