Everything, was welcomed by the manager, who was very welcoming. The suite was beautiful and was not far from the city and anfield. When i go back to Liverpool i will definitely stay there again.
Everything is good. We loved our stay at Sheil Suites. We liked that our room was close to the center, not expensive and in the end we love liverpool.
Big Room.
Clean and well kept.
Although hotel wasn't manned didn't cause any issues as reception answered telephone quickly and efficiently.
Very clean and comfortable. Liked that three of us for a room with three beds and plenty room.
Close to where we wanted to be for the weekend, Anfield and taxi ride to City centre.
Loved how close to anfield and the city centre perfect for our trip spacious rooms.
Clean and warm, especially good for the cold weather! :).
Near Anfield Stadium just 15 minutes walk.
Looked lovely on the inside.
clean, location.
The room was nice and big, plenty of little homely things about like an alarm clock, plants etc. Near to an off licence and pub.
It was comfortable and up to the standard we would have expected for the
price we paid.
it was clean well presented and very good value for money.
Getting in and out of the room was easy with pin code. Room was clean and tidy and everything we needed was there. Did not need to use the kitchen but looked okay.
it was clean.
I do not like any bit about the hotel. On my arrival, Friday, 12th July 2013, I found there was no biscuites, sweets, chocolates or enough milk for the little packs of tea and coffee.
Sunday morning, 14th July 2013, I found there was no milk, whatsoever, so I did not enjoy the coffee before I checked out, 09:30.
This is no hotel worthy of anything.
Large double bed made up of 2 mattresses so uncomfortable to sleep in the middle - defeats the point of a double bed.
Couldn't get shower to work properly and the temperature of the water fluctuated significantly.
There is a lot of steep stairs with no hand rail outside. A friend with us has slight disabilities and the stairs proved quite scary for her. Taxis were required and cost from £5.50 upwards.
Only 1 pub in the area although it did have Sky Sports but no resturants, cafe's/other bars within the area, i.e. 1 mile radius.
It's a little difficult to find the rooms and will need to open several doors to find out the actual room. 2 rooms share a door and a kitchen. We can hear the person next door going in and out of the room and the door 'slams' really loud so it's a little noisy especially when we are sleeping. But other than these, all is great! :).
Area was rough and the hotel looked rough from the outside.
Didn't receive information about how to actually get in the building or door codes or anything of the sort. Too many codes to remember. Simple key or swipe card system would have been much more convenient. Waited around an hour before bring let in by a group of people who were already staying there.
We could have been waned about the area as we have had our car broken
into and will be a write off whilst parked near to the suite. Also the
steps are very steep'.
it looked dodgy from the outside but inside was nice..
no fridge.
Doors slamming was annoying but then laminate floors do carry sound unlike carpets. Outside of building looked a bit untidy in the light of day , with cigarette ends and bins, messy garden etc.
very run down area and people living in the suites. no staff about and felt a bit scared. used the grill and got smoked out. saw in 2 a couple of rooms by accident as our pin number opened the doors when we were trying to find our room. was shocked to see the mess of them . disgraceful.
