The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. Very good value for money. would recommend a

But if you're looking for an affordable and clean place with a wonderful staff, you won't be disappointed here! The room quality was very high, everything was clean and well maintained.
The facilities of the room were very respected on our trip, the tv was excellent, the air con was very helpful and needed, the kettle was used endlessly.

Location was perfect for easy access to olympic village and stratford centre. The accomodation was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The live music in the pub on a saturday night was fantastic. Would recommend the cart and horses to anyone who enjoys getting away for the weekend and socialising with a few drinks and good music!

be very flexible with regard to cooking your own meals, getting a
takeaway (which can be delivered according to the literature in my

My young kids and I stayed at staybridge suites in April and it was an amazing experience. Reception staff (Sophie, Timothy and Nicholas) were friendly and exceptional at all times. The breakfast was great as well as there was enough to eat for everyone....the kids loved the scrambled eggs, lol. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold. Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). I would happily recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Couples/group of friends etc.

bathroom. Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on
top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with
almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both
shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central
line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient
to get to City Airport and Southend Airport.

I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Westbridge Hotel if your stay is centered around the Stratford area, or for us at the O2 Arena in Greenwich. There is a DLR station 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes London easily accessible! The hotel is really pretty and well decorated!
