The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. shopping streets of Oxford and Totterham. The receptionist Roger is very
good in his job and in giving advise. I do the same job so I know what
is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart.
Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean.
I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful.

The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with this hotel.
The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend.

Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of
Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food),
Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West
End theaters.
Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up.

The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it.
The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard.
The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (

The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the
staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay
comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal
items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed
them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they
were superb and the atmosphere was great.

This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. excellent to have a small apartment instead of a hotel room, very good value for money. Has everything one needs in an apartment, even for a few days (kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery). Nice modern and decoration, very comfortable. Modern flat screen TV and even an iPod docking station! I would go here again for a short city trip in London. Easy walk from Russell Square and to British Museum, Univ of London. Just opposite Charles Dickens House.

The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. No childrens menu in restaurant but my daughter wanted garlic bread and then chicken nuggets and fries and it was not a problem for them to
