  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor.   Having decided to make a quick get-away down to London, we found Durley House, and what a find! Having stayed in traditional hotels in London where space is at such a premium, this made for a very refreshing change. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble.
