Friendliness of staff and helpfullness whilst remaining professional and courteous. The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room

in the room. Professional, courteous staff. Close to High Street
Kensington station. Across the road from Kensington park and Kensington
palace. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. You can walk to Harrods
if it's not raining. The location is amazing with great shops near
by. Really I would recommend this hotel.

Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break.
There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal.
Many parks and interesting places in short distance.

We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

Well situated and comfortable hotel; friendly personnel. - Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel a été refait récemment, donctrès bon état général. Hôtel design (c'est la marque de fabrique de lachaîne) et très bien situé pour rayonné partout dans Londres (station demétro et de bus à proximité, etc). Bref, à recommander.

We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as
after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was
large by London standards, as was the bathroom. There was always good
water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the staff we dealt with was

The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from
Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants
and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really
friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are
small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we
paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would
definitely stay here again. Well done to the staff for running such a
well maintained and fr
