  Excellente disponibilité du personnel et qualité de service. Lesstudios sont bien équipés. Le notre donnait sur une cour fermée (pas devue mais très calme et silencieux). L'éloignement de la station demétro Vauxhall (700 mètres environ) n'a rien de rebutant en dépit d'unquartier peu animé - le confort de l'hotel, la décoration très raffinée, l'équi... ce que les gens disent » pement (rien ne manquait) des suites spacieuses et bien agencées, l'accueil enfin un hotel a recommander, avec vue sur Tamise absolument!!!!!!!!

  I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent. The room was very comfortable and the spa area just great. - The reception staff were excellent and The Limo service is amazing . The bar is a fantastic space and feels great

  Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. The quality of the egg fritatta and the asian broth was outstanding. Room service was faster than normal each time, service , gym was nice and I really enjoyed the location.
