  On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed.   Location is excellent and everything else is good. Overall good value for money but it isn't a budget option. You get what you pay for. - The staff was very helpful, looking things up for us like restaurants and activities and sending the printed info to our room.
