The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi. Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.

  First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is attached to the station. The history of this property is wonderful to read. I was impressed that Gene Kelly, Nat King Cole, Jimmy Durante, Roy Rogers ... ce que les gens disent » and would you believe that Trigger even stayed in the hotel. Yes, presidents, princesses and the elite of the world…slept here. I would to thank Laura - This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

  Everything. What a great place to stay. Great location. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The guy on reception was really friendly and nice.   Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30.   The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill.
