  This is a great hotel for people who want to have immediate access to central london but want to stay away from all the noise of the centre. The location is excellent and literally round the corner from Queensway tube station which is just 4 stops away from Oxford Circus.   I needed a basic, good value, clean, convenient room for an overnight stay where a location near Paddington station was a key requirement. I had a small double room with ensuite bathroom/shower. The room (and, it appeared, the whole hotel) has undergone recent refurbishment and so all of the decor and decoration was new and the furniture appeared ... ce que les gens disent » up to date. The room had good soundproofing from the road and was at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom facilities all worked perfectly. My room - Stayed at Hotel June 12/15. Mature Couple. Small but comfortable hotel. Clean and well kept. Located 50 yards from Bayswater Road and 150 yards from Queensway. Very good front desk staff who were most helpful with getting us in with an early arrival time. They were excellent throughout the stay and assisted with anything we wanted. Would recommend this location to anyone requiring an inexpensive but adequate hotel.

  The Hotel was of a good clean standard with friendly and helpful staff. The room was very pleasant, clean and cheerful, not large but we have had smaller in London. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was warm. (The weather was bitter cold during our stay!) The breakfast (continental)was also plentiful with a good choice.   Excellent location and a beautiful Double Studio with Kitchenette on the first floor. Our room was big enough for two persons far more bigger than other hotel rooms in the area. It was clean and beautifully warm, which was appreciated given the very cold temperatures outside. Our room was cleaned every day with daily clean sheets and towels.
