A new Hotel, excellent location for our needs, a short walk to Aldgate East tube, the staff so friendly and helpful. We took a short taxi ride to Tower Pier and went on the Thames from Tower Bridge to Westminster. We loved Selfridges and had salty beef sandwiches at 'The Brass Rail Cafe' there. -

Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and
right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly
professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out
we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Room was large and well

Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service.
Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful.
While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea.
We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Westbridge Hotel if your stay is centered around the Stratford area, or for us at the O2 Arena in Greenwich. There is a DLR station 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes London easily accessible! The hotel is really pretty and well decorated! Our room suited our needs perfectly, it was stylish and comfortable with impressive complimentaries. Wonderful flat near to the center with good neighbourhood and accomodations. Everything is near. Very comfortable, cosy, amazing view and location. Enjoyed our holiday in that flat and didn't want to leave. Everything is just as described. Thank you very much!
