Our 3rd floor room was clean, well equipped with towels and toilet
sundries. Heating system was excellent and we liked the facility of

The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions. Wet room was fine didnt have any problems with drainage etc, which I understand some people have had in the past. - The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is extremely modern and opened recently, so everything is new. The location is fantastic - right next to the Central Railway Station and bars of the City Centre.

We have stayed here several times as it so convenient to walk into Cardiff City Centre without having to use the car. The location is great and having the Restaurant on site is a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were great and listened to my complaint about being woken early by the noise made by a "Party" returning at 4.30am !!

Unsure about booking after reading some reviews, but chose the hotel because of the location to the CIA. Worries were unfounded. Room was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Stayed for one night. From booking in to leaving each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.

We were on a leisure trip. I person who received us was very nice and friendly. Bed rooms, bath room, kitchen were clean and tidy. Location of the property is great too. Not much far from the city. A pub near the propertry has made the place cool. The price of the property is a bit expensive. Overall good experience. Would recommend others too.
