  Even though we were booked into the Sapphire, we ended up a few doors down at the 'Pearl' which is their sister Hotel. All rooms in each Hotel are the same according to the Pearl Manager, so that was fine with us. Our room was in the 'sub' area below street level, but still with a window to the outside so wasn't claustrophobic. I thought I would just be offered a croissant! I also had scrambled egg on toast which was great! Because of my experience I have re-booked again for my next business trip and I hope the e
