  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. Suzie (Zuzi) at the reception receives everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service- she made all the difference in my stay by - I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.   These Apartments are perfect for a stay in London.The Manager is very obliging,we did realize after our first nights sleep the mattress was worn & the base was broken,I informed Oliver,the Manager, & he was very prompt in addressing the issue, it is clean,tho'probably not sound proof as they say & only laundries available in some apart... ce que les gens disent » ments,I read that they all had one,so not sure if I am correct or not.Margaret Hagan - The location was very good, very close to the tube and in an area with lots of shops and young people,, since I traveled with my 15 years old daughter it was great for walks after a long day. The apart was cozy,clean and quite confortable with all the necessary for a short stay. The owner was very helpful and friendly, i will be happy to stay there again.

Adequate breakfast, although continental it also had sausages, beans & scrambled egg. 15 mins flat walk along to Finchley central tube. Seemed safe area.
