The staff that we seen were friendly and Sylvia on reception was very nice and extremely helpful. We were in a basement room at front of building but it was very bright and airy. Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us.
