  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. You could not be more centrally located - it is right in the soho/chinatown area and a very close walk to most of the West End. It is also very conveniently located on 2 tube lines, including one directly from Heathrow. Even the toiletries and mini bar were well - We booked this hotel for our wedding night and arrived quite late to find the lift broken. My (new) wife is pregnant and the staff were wonderful. They were really concerned, carried our bags up, upgraded us to another room on a lower floor so that we had less stairs to climb and gave us a discount on food and drink.
