Unique - Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great (although it is over a bath). The free parking was a bonus, and it's not far to walk to the hotel. - The food was outstand

Everything! communal aera with tea,coffee, water and fruit for guests. You dont have to book in at reception! The beds are spotless and comfortable. The amount of detail that has gone into the design is amazing. The shower was brilliant. the owner was on the end of the phone or came over right away if there were any queries. I would really recomm

The staff were extremely accommodating when we discovered that the room
we had chosen had only a shower and very little space for toiletries
etc. We were upgraded at once with no extra charge to a delightful room.
They were also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places of
interest. And the breakfast was excellent.

Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

Helen and William were absolutely fabulous hosts, and it was an utter pleasure to stay at their guest house! Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

The staff we're very friendly making us feel at home. The staff helped me get my luggage both in and out of the bldg.
The English breakfast was served promptly each morning. The food was delicious and served to order. I plan on staying at the Hamptons each time I visit Brighton to visit my daughter who is attending University in Brighton. -

The hotel was clean and so close to the pier. Great location, great value for money and lovely owners. Definately recommend it for those looking to stay in a small hotel in Brighton.
