  Everything! communal aera with tea,coffee, water and fruit for guests. You dont have to book in at reception! The beds are spotless and comfortable. The amount of detail that has gone into the design is amazing. The shower was brilliant. the owner was on the end of the phone or came over right away if there were any queries. Would definately stay again a - Great place to stay perfect for the weekend. Very clean great value for money and friendly.

  A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week... ce que les gens disent » ends. We arrived in Brighton by train for a shopping weekend and visit to the Pavilion. The hotel is situated within a two minute walk of the station. - Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!
