  The staff were very welcoming and we were made to feel at home. The location was perfect for our requirements. we would definately use this hotel again on our next visit. It was perfect as a base for visiting son at uni.   Definitely one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed. Warm and friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean room and very comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water, even set of toiletries was provided, excellent breakfast - I could not fault this place.   The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  7 of us, all girls, stayed at the Croydon hotel as we were in Bournemouth celebrating a birthday for the weekend. Everything was perfect, we were made to feel welcome and well looked after. We didn't make breakfast on the first morning but were given a voucher to have breakfast at the local pub which we thought was a great idea!
