  First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is attached to the station. The history of this property is wonderful to read. I was impressed that Gene Kelly, Nat King Cole, Jimmy Durante, Roy Rogers ... ce que les gens disent » and would you believe that Trigger even stayed in the hotel. Yes, presidents, princesses and the elite of the world…slept here. I would to thank Laura - This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

  we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and... ce que les gens disent » made us want to return to this hotel when we come back to glasgow in the future - Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

  The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill.
