Nice rooms, good service, convenient location - Very comfortable rooms, staff extremely helpful, food in bistro excellent. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and the continental breakfast for one was actually enough for both of us. Hotel is in a quiet area and close enough to city centre to walk. Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

Room was clean with comfortable bed, practical shower and washbasin.
Toilet in separate cubicle. Staff were friendly and helpful and public

I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs.
The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave.
As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay.
Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.
