  lovely staff - welcoming and polite.Bistro food just right, well cooked and presented at the right price - it was just excellent clean and friendly i would be happy to stay again

  It was a massive and comfortable room for a family. We have a marriage day at 31st of March and 1st of april was my elder daughter's birth day. So, we enjoyed that night by staying in that hotel and been to brighton pier following morning. We are a bengali family who came from bangladesh, but I think anybody or any family can find it better ( may ... ce que les gens disent » be best) to stay in that hotel as value for the money. I would like to give them five plus.. - Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Restaurant very good - great selection breakfast and dinner. Staff generally excellent. Reception staff had trouble deciding from the system whether we had breakfast included although when I booked online it was included - this needs clarification for staff.
