The apartment was absolutely spotless, everything you could think of was there, fluffy white towels, toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar & bottle of milk in fridge. Big rug. The location was brilliant for Harrogate town centre - 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely be going back. -
Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had completed the "Special Requirements" part of the booking form regarding check in time and received a call from the Brasserie on the same day who were happy to help and accomodate our request. Very attractive and quirky hotel with a great frontage for taking refreshments...even had a heated wooden gazebo! Great room - very spacious and comfortable. Even though there was music every evening it was not noisy. Fab menu and a buzzy atmosphere in the evening. Very attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. The Majestic is a wonderful Edwardian Hotel that is run very efficiently by an enthusiastic staff. The standard of decoration is very high and we loved all the original marble and other features. Ask to be shown round the gentlemen's toilet downstairs - it's quite amazing! - The staff were courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious and well equ

Location, location, location!
The room was lovely, bed huge and super comfy with nice linens.
The monsoon shower and double-ended freestanding bath made for a lovely romantic break.
The free Nespresso in the room is definitely worth having. -

Fantastic stay. on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the two bed luxury apartment, the booking agent had also taken into consideration the request for the quiet room which i was extremely grateful of. I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs.
In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay
