Andrew the owner was very helpful. Big bedroom with separate well appointed bathroom. 3 Restaurants within very short walk 2 or 3 minutes. Quiet location on outskirt of Guildford.
Biggish light room, clean and quiet, close to a couple of good dining options and bus into town. Friendly, helpful host.

On the day of our stay we got a call offering us the opportunity to stay
at a house a few miles away. It was better for us as a small family. It
meant we had two rooms each with a double and a single. It had ensuite
bathrooms. The rooms were large, clean and beds were really comfortable.
Having a double to myself was a wonderful treat.

Not enough parking.
Bedroom was probably ready for redecoration.
Breakfast was a basic selection of cornflakes, cheerios, muesli etc and
a loaf of bread left in the breadbin. It was sufficient. The house
didn't have a very warm feeling. More a place that salesman might
stay for an overnighter. It met our needs though and we got a good
night sleep.
It had a huge room but needed 2 chairs and a small table to use computer in room, luggage stand, softer towels.
