  All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This included the ladies cleaning the room, reception and those working in the restaurant. The room was a good size, clean and was very quiet despite being next to a busy road. Breakfast was excellent with healthy choices. - The room was spacious and very clean. I got the river facing room, so getting to see ferry running across was awesome. The room was made every single day of my stay.   Couchage très confortable - All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. A great setting in Chatham's Historic Dockyard. There was also tea and coffee making in the room, even though the website hadn't mentioned this.
