  Calme dans la campagne près de Derby - le long d'un petit canal avec des péniches de loisir. Ancienne ferme aménagée très agréablement, notre chambre donnait sur une petite cours intérieure très agréable. Chambres modernes et bien équipées Pub attenant fort agréable pour manger le soir et pas d'inconvénient de bruit - Room was furnished very well... ce que les gens disent » and the bed was extremely comfortable. Underfloor heating meant that we were always very warm. Good portion of cooked breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly. Excellent location for us. Overall a good experience. - The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The bedroom was very attractive, with comfortable bed, plenty of space for clothes with hangers. Bathroom was well fitted with a lovely power shower, and nice extras like shampoo etc.

  Staff were really friendly when we arrived late at night and showed us to our room, explaining everything too. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. Would recommend this place!! - The family room was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
