Ce que les gens disent
calmness and cleanliness. The hotel is rather odd...it is really just a house in an ethnic neighborhood of Croydon. The room was clean and comfortable, but the process was strange. Make sure that you have a cell phone when arriving since the property manager is not on site. We arrived early (without mobile) and knocked on the door. The cleaning lady who lives on site allowed us in after calling the manager.tous commentaires »
The owner of the property was polite and eagerly regarded as which made us feel at home. The room was just suitable for two persons whit many channels available. We were very satisfied with our stay at this lodging and will recommend it to our friends and would like to come to this place in next journey as well. Location is good and the room was clean. Peopel were friendly.acces to kitchen fairly clean size room the desk. Hotel staff poor becuse none were physically available on site. free parking. Absolutely nothing. It was not a hotel but a doss house. I doubt whether it is legally able to be registered as a hotel since there is no live in receptionist/owner.Access is gained by ringing a mobile phone and you are then provided with a code to open the keyed lock.Nobody was there to welcome us... The upstairs toilet was without hand washing station...Shower was in room.cost for the room ---this shoul be £30 not £40. The hotel wasnt much of a hotel, more a house, it was in a state of repair. There was no reception, and when I arrived the door was locked and I had to call the owners to get inside.not en suite as advert said but ok shower to use outside. Not a comfortable matrass. Not nice sheets. Wifi didn't work couldn't use my mobile for it either, basement.to hot in the room.check in 5pm out10 am. There was no ironing board provided, and the iron was stained, and stained one of my work shirts. This is not a hotel (it is a private house) there was no reception and the front door was locked. A paper notice asked me to ring a mobile number the person at the other end of the phone gave me the access code for the door. The shower had only cold water. I was not able to receive a receipt as I met no staff on site. My credit card was debited for the room (i usually charge my company debit card). I booked an ensuite room but when I telephoned for access I was told that my room had been double booked. The room offered had no wardrobe nor washbasin the television picture could hardly be seen and the sky box promised did not work. I refused to stay there and was directed to alternative accommodation and promised a partial refund which of course has not been forthcoming.
