  I upgraded to a four poster room for a minimum additional charge. The room was warm, comfortable and scrupulously clean. Staff (owner and family) very friendly and helpful. I arrived before the closure of the restaraunt so had an excellent chinese meal. The breakfast was also well prepared and there was a choice. He took our 4 month old and turned his mood around (he was getting bored and grumpy..) so he was happy and entertained during our evening meal – meaning we were actually able to eat our dinner.. The locals in the pub were very friendly also. Lovely food, clean rooms, and charming decor. Highly recommended all round!

  A quality B&B in a lovely spot surrounded by the wide open landscape and big sky of south Oxfordshire. Selina was very good to us and made us feel most welcome. The room was of a very high standard of decoration and tasteful with it too. The bed was big and comfy. Best country bacon I have had in a very long time. I would highly recommend to an - Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic! EVERYTHING was great at this B&B. Selina is wonderful - very nice, flexible, accommodating, and cooks a very tasty breakfast! The room was very nice - bed and linens very comfortable; room was quiet at night. We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. When we are in the area again, we will definitely stay at Selina's Zouch Farm B&B!

  Everything was clean, the staff friendly. The location for us was great as it was near all the attractions we wanted to visit. Breakfast is brought to your room, (you have to book it) and it was lovely. Definately worth a stay. - The staff were amazing! the room was excellent and clean. Even the bedding smelt lovely!
