  We have never had such an hospitable and comfortable stay as we did inthis hotel. The owners were so helpful - nothing too much bother. Thebeds - unbelievable. Super comfort. - Excellent in every way - friendly proprietors, pleasant rooms, very goodbreakfast. No doubt the best place to stay in Clacton on Sea.

  Lovely hotel, although a short stay my daughter and I felt very at home! Clean, very well presented place to stay! Jill and Paul (who run it) were very friendly and even rung me to see if things were ok as it took me 7 hours to do a 3 hour journey due to an accident on the m25 . The room was larger than I thought and were very bright and nicely decorated. The double bed was of a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast was nicely done and plenty of extra drinks if required.
