The sausages and bacon were great and you could help yourself to more! Fantastic - will return!! - The room was a really nice room - they said we were moved to a better room as the h otel was quiet - and the room we had was amazing. Never been upgraded before. The staff were all very helpful and friendly i would definatly go back to this hotel.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonable and the staff went out of their way to provide customers with whatever they wanted if possible.

The pub itself is lovely, nice and traditional with big log fires. The room we stayed in was located upstairs above the pub, it was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, informative and very accommodating. It was a really pleasant atmosphere and a lovely location. Also we had dinner on Saturday which started a little late as we were a large group and the restaurant was quite full - we got to dessert and the waiter made it for us as the chef had finished for the day - superb service and more than could be expected.

Myself and my friend where pleasantly surprised when we entered the hotel, the gentleman at the desk was extremely friendly and greeted us warmly. I will be staying at this hotel again it was brilliant. The whole establishment was fantastic and worth every penny. I would like to add that the full english breakfast was beautifully cooked and served

I applaud the staff and it's management for a very memeorable weekend break. - This Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the Town center so is in a fantastic location. The rooms are clean and well looked after and the staff are excellent. The service at breakfast was also very good. I would recomend this Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Chester.

It was a lovely place, we requested a ground floor room,(as I use a stick) we were given room 12, the family room, it was a lovely size room, and just off the bar, but nice and quiet.
The breakfast was served in the bright and airy bar. It was a good breakfast and all made fresh.

The rooms were very clean and user friendly. They had obviously recently been refurbished as were the bathrooms. The shower was huge - very luxurious. Loved the friendly atmosphere of the pub area downstairs which also included a heated terrace area out the front. Breakfast was good. Free parking on site. Only 10 minute walk into town. I called to say I might be late; the receptionist was very helpful and clearly told me what the options were; when I arrived she was friendly and checked me in quickly/efficiently. Hotel very clean and rooms were really nicely appointed. Electirc shower was a bonus and the sauna/steam room added to the experience. We booked the breakfast (first time for us we usually eat out) because we had a business meeting on the Monday morning.
I would THOROUGHLY recommend this and will more than likely take advantage of these in the future.
Whether you like the "full monty" or just a nice light breakfast - absolutely lovely.

The hotel is central to the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, I liked the small but comfortable lobby area, where my daughter and I met a friend for a drink; the bedroom and ensuite bathroom were smart and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning was well organised and very good. The whole package made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I have since told family and friends that if they ever think of visiting Chester, they must stay in the Premier Inn.

From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and tidy plus spacious which was a bonus. The city centre wasn't that far and was a mere twenty minutes walk ( 2 miles ) Overall our stay in Chester was a fab one and would stay here again. -

Left my wedding gift in foyer as left to go to wedding a lady called Sue noticed it and then was taken care of till arrived back at around midnight by night staff, was very grateful as money in present. -

The breakfast was delicious, and the location to the city centre is so convenient. I had my own door in and out of my bedroom which was great as I came in quite late and didn't want to disturb anyone. The owners are so lovely. I will definately be staying here on my next christmas visit. -
