The apartment was good, well secured and nearness to the shopping center. The place was large enough and had mostly all that is needed for short stay. That was our 2nd time of using this facility -

L'emplacement, en plein centre ville - Le personnel, très accueillant, très prévenant. Les toilettes n'étaient pas dans la chambre mais juste à côté, et cela n'a pas posé de problème. Le calme régnait dans cet hôtel. Cela sentait bon la lessive, les parties communes étaient propres.

We chose Thistle Cheltenham because a few weeks earlier we had stayed in The Atlantic Tower - Thistle in Liverpool and enjoyed our stay so much we looked for the Thistle name for our visit to Cheltenham. Close to centre of town. Long stay parking nearby if you can't get one of attached parking spots. Loved the studio apartment in the garden, it was just right for us. Shame it was too cold or wet to sit outside. -

La situation de l'hôtel - Breakfast was excellent and beautifully cooked. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was central with parking which was great for the shops. Also there was a small but comfortable bar with tv. - Everything. The staff were so helpful and they helped to make it extra special for my husbands surprise birthday.

You won't find a much more comfortable small hotel in a nice town anywhere in the country! The hotel is well run with helpful staff and has comfortable rooms. The rooms are competitively priced and the hotel is convenient for exploring the pleasant town of Cheltenham. I would recommend!

Excellent. We love this place and will go back again. Very clean. The kitchen had every things that your kitchen had, even a dishwasher. Washing & drying machine is new. The owner is very friendly. Excellent 2 Bedroom. 1 en suite.
Only 2 people stayed would easily accommodate 4/5. King size beds that can be zipped apart to make singles. Loads of Coffee, Tea, Breakfast cereals, croissants, orange juice. This was areal nice touch. Went into the living room and a full bowl of fresh fruit. Small things always make it a very pleasant stay in a top notch very clean and well decorated apartment. Less than 5 minutes walk to the center of town.
