  Couchage très confortable - All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. A great setting in Chatham's Historic Dockyard. There was also tea and coffee making in the room, even though the website hadn't mentioned this.
