  The grounds and outlook are beautiful- deer, woodland etc. We saw a green woodpecker from the window of our room! Outdoor pool was lovely. The premier room was a great size and very comfortable, fantastic shower, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. - The welcoming atmosphere, peacefulness, view from the room.   Enjoyed the pool, it could have been warmer, as it is small needs to be warm enough to just play around in, the temp it was you really needed to swim a lot, not dig enough for that. - The food was really outstanding, and I immediately booked at the hotel for a further weekend away.
