We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Our room is always good and we mostly have been able to have the same room on each stay. Location is spot on with only a short walk to the river. - The hotel was lovely and a bargain for the room too at only £69 for a double! Parking was cheaper than listed, being charged £10 for two days, excellent. Really nice, would go again.

  Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time. The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.

  C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, j'ai eu une chambre neuvevaste et très bien décorée. Le personnel est aimable, prévenant et trèsprofessionnel.   Piscine - Although we only stayed for one night and our actual time in the hotel was very brief, both my partner and myself were totally impressed with everything that we saw. The Spa was lovely and relaxing plus spotlessly clean and there's a clever little machine where you can dry your swimming costume, unfortunately it ate mine, but that's another story!
