  Lovely, cosy, warm hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stylish,comfortable en-suite rooms with tv, hairdryer & tea/coffee biscuits facilities provided. Great, large, comfy bed which was big enough for our son to share with us, without disturbing our sleep, for our last minute extra night and they didn't even charge us extra (he had shared anot... ce que les gens disent » her room with his older sister the other nights) Food excellent, well presented & my 10 yr son said the beer battered fish was the best he'd ever - The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bar is well stocked and the restaurant/breakfast room is panoramic over the garden where you can watch red squirrels on the bird table. The meals were of the highest order and the staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area.

  The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed and the standard of the rooms outstanding.
