Food was hearty and really tasty. The breakfast was cooked fresh and was piping hot and the staff were relaxed and not clock watching which made a nice change!

I liked the very thoughtful touches - the good supply of decent coffee, the supply of toiletries, the dressing gowns and slippers. I like the fact the hotel was very quiet and I liked the garden. I liked the tasteful decor. There is a good ambience. I felt as if I'd had a restful stay somewhere lovely. The breakfast was good too. I liked the fact that there was no problem with parking. I was visiting Bath and parking is a nightmare so I decided to stay at the Northey and have no hassle.

Suzanne welcomed us with a smile and showed us around. She is really
amazing, she gave us tips for visiting Bath and even let us park our car

Thankyou to Suzanne for an extremely pleasant stay. The apartment was luxurious, clean and well appointed. Box is a pretty and delightful village and only 6 miles from Bath, making it a more restful and quiet stay. Apartment is ideal for 4 adults or 2 adults + children. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom supplies of good quality toiletries appreciated. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Graham and Teresa offered a wonderful welcome (so did Alfie the dog!). The setting is beautifully tranquil with a delightful garden in which to enjoy your book and friendly cows in the neighbouring field! Comfortable facilities, good bed, excellent shower, quiet location but
you need a car to access. Friendly hosts, good breakfast although served
at communal table with guests from the other two rooms. Short drive to
excellent food at local hotel, and handy convenience store and atm at
service station. Shared kitchen facilities /fridge could be useful
if staying a bit longer than our brief visit. Garden is very nice

This is the first time I've ever stayed in B&B and I would say I am quite satisfied with my choice.
They were very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view around the house and I think that Box is as beautiful as any other cotswold village.

I would recommend this place to any Korean acquaintances. -
The breakfast was excellent! The room was very comfortable and the owners were friendly. It made me feel good staying there.There are DVDs available and you can borrow any from the owner and enjoy yourself in your room. Very quiet and close to nature definitely a good place to get away from the city! It takes only 15 mins drive to Bath but you might need to take bus or call cab if you dont have a car.

me and my husband stayed here monday to friday and had a great holiday our room was clean and very comfy breakfast was really good and plenty of it , we go to a lot of hotels in GB as my husband will not fly and this was one of the best places we have stayed will be back and will be recommending to friends and family , Gill was very nice and saved

E It was a beautiful location, far enough away from Bath to relax and yet accessible. It was lovely to be able to get up when we wanted to and make breakfast in the way we wanted it. The bed was huge and everything was clean and tastefully decoraed. The owner was very friendly and we loved her cats.

Free upgrade from a triple room to a 4 bedroom cottage due to unforeseen circumstances, much better than cancelling our reservation. Can't fault them, went the extra mile to arrange access for us even though we were arriving late in the evening. -
So quiet & relaxed in rural location but a stones throw from Bath. Lo
