Ce que les gens disent
This was the best hostel I stayed in during my trip to Europe. I loved the family atmosphere... We hung out with the staff on the back porch or in the kitchen. One of the staff members had a bed in our room, but wasn't in the night we stayed so we had the room (I had the double bed on the bottom rack and my son had the higher rack) to ourselves. They don't have laundry, but I paid four pounds per load to have the staff do the laundry for me (well worth it when I was tired and sore from all the . tous commentaires »
It locates just in front of Queen's University, which means it is very convenient to go anywhere of the city. The staffs are very kind and patient. The breakfast was lovely. The best thing is, you can book the tour to Giant's Causeway in the hostel and don't have to go out and find by yourself. It will pick you up from the hostel as well. Brilliant!!!.
Really unexpectedly lovely place! Friendly welcome when we arrived; the room was large, clean, warm, and comfortable; you can have your own space or meet other travelers in the common areas; there's a good internet connection, kitchen available, lounge area with a television, books to read - you really couldn't ask for anything more!.
The staff, I can't say enough about the staff - real sweethearts every last one. The Hostel itself is a treasure, wifi and kitchen facilities at the ready and free of charge - and when it's cold there's a spot by the coal fire with your name on it.
I am very satisfied with the service staff, including the reception. Besides, they are very helpful and provide as much information about Belfast as I request, always.
The staff at Arnie's was incredible. The place is home owned and very friendly, eager to assist you in your travels. I'd recommend it highly to anyone!.
I Like the friendly cosy atmosphere! Very helpful and easygoing people working there! You feel like home!.
Fantastic find and the staff are great.
Breakfast included was a surprise for such a great price.
Gr8hostel, vhomely, etc, lovely.I tipped nicely to 2 receptionists in thx& suggested spray soap.
It was clean , the house had a great and frindly atmosphere. Definatelly great value for money!.
Satisfied,Arnie's really nice and helpful. The hostel is like home, which makes me feel warm.
Was a brilliant stop over for a night out in town. Very relaxed and friendly staff.

Basically everything.
warm atmosphere.
Very affordable, and well-situated for the university, botanic gardens and ulster museum. Staff are friendly and helpful.
hospitality
near queen‘s university
include breakfast.
Jim (hostel staff) is a very nice man, made everything simple.
when we get there, they served tea and biscuit. Really nice.
location , near to Quean university ..
Very close to Queen's University.
Freedem.
I got a little confused at first with the codes on the door, but that took only a little to get used to. The wi-fi is shared, so I couldn't check my bank.
There was no plugs in my room, so I have to charge my phone or camera in the aisle or dining room.
Sharing a bathroom down the hall but it was no big deal really.
The bath service in the hostel has two switches and are not easy to dealt with if the guest has not learned beforehand. I have already talked to the service staff and advise them to post a short message to indicate that.
I wish I had been staying longer.
Ummmmmm nothing :).
hopefully you get some granulated dispenser soap that is more economic or normal spray soap in bathroom at least, please.Important for those of us with skin conditions&ALL to stop colds& flu etc, which can run through hostels vquickly. I enjoyed my stay, but came away with a cold& as I have a non infectious skin condition that makes me vulnerable to viruses I couldnt use the soap bar, most hostels have spray soap.
The bad was a bit shaky.
Had to walk a bit for toilet.
Kitchen - there were quite a few flies in the kitchen, but they are in the process of fixing this.
Trying to remember the code for the door when drunk lol.
the bunk bed was too shaby.
Facilities are small and cramped (2 showers for 40ish beds...) and the location is a decent walk from city Center. A passport or ID is required as a deposit, even if you pay on arrival, and a credit card fee is also applied. (Though there's an ATM just up the street).
a little bit narrow but very suitable for family tours
donot recommend to oversize visitors.
The cleanliness wasn't very good in the bedroom's carpets and kitchen tables (bed and bathroom ok). Noisy street at night, don't forget your earplugs.
The environment is not that good, especially for the bedroom. No space to put my luggage. I booked double room, but there are four people in that room.
dirty , small bathroom , old staff.
Totally overrated!
Looked like a hostel from the 1990s. Room too small for two bunk beds (it was difficult to open the door and go in/out when carrying your rucksack); no furniture at all (mirror, desk, chair...). Only two toilets for all the house. Charmless sittingroom.
Wait too much for the shower as there is not enough.
No facilities at all in the room.
Very small for 4 people
No power socket
No table or chair.
