As a female solo traveller I felt very safe at this hotel which was important to me.
I arrived at Wimbledon station and the hotel was very easy to find from there and only a few minutes walk.
The lady on reception was very good and informative and even carried my case to my room which was ready even though I had arrived before the official check

The hotel was so convenient for the centre of Wimbledon. I was able to walk to the hotel from the station, so no bother with taxis or buses. My room, although quite small, was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, combined with the coffee making facilities and a tv I had all I needed for my stay. The breakfast was charged as an extra but it was well worth it. There was a choice of cereal and juices, tea or coffee, toast and any or all of egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked

Both cooked and cold buffet breakfast was really good quality. Customer Service. We arrived after midnight, whole area was cut off from mains water. Hotel provided all guests bottled water and a bucks fizz at breakfast to compensate, even though supply was reconnected by 7:30am. - A little piece of luxury in a great setting

Loved the room itself - double room had a sofa, flatscreen tv, marble bathroom, coffee facilities. Felt really luxurious for the price, and much better than similarly priced competition that I have stayed in previously (Holiday Inn and co..) It was a reasonable price (for London and environs) and the room had everything in it that you could sensibly want. There was no noise from the bar downstairs, which was something I had been afraid of.

All the staff we met were polite, helpful and professional.
The room was well appointed and comfortable.
We had lunch, an evening meal and breakfast and all were excellent in both presentation and taste. - Friendliness and helpfullness of the staff.

We didn't actually stay at Fulham Rd; we stayed in Hyde Park appts as our room was allocated to a regular client. We were given plenty of notice and were offered many options, one of which was a free upgrade to these appt. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our appartment was ideal for our requirements. -
